Totally disorganized. I’ve waited, on multiple occasions for up to two hours before getting called. The waiting room was not busy. Less than four people waiting.Once in the room, I’ve been made to wait another half hour to forty five minutes before being seen by a doctor.With the exception of Christy, the front desk, assistants were surly at best.I have now been through five doctors at four different locations. I have been told by the St John office to go to urgent care because they have no appointments available. I have MS, an autoimmune disease, hopefully you’ve heard of it. Surely, someone at this location can assist, return a call or help with my prescriptions.
