“I have owned my home for 10 years and had to clean out roots from my main sewer line every 6 months. It has been very expensive, time consuming and gross to have regular backups. I have used many, many companies during this time and have often felt taken advantage of and frustrated. Finally, I had a company I used for several years, but they stopped servicing Chesterton, so I had to find someone new. I wanted to try a national company in hopes that they would have higher integrity than some of my local companies who would send their youngest and least experienced employee to do this 'dirty' job. I hit the jackpot! Not only was Mark Kuta experienced in the sewer clean out, but he took the time to help me problem solve why I needed a clean out every six months. He was honest with me that he barely pulled any roots out, and the camera he sent down didn't find any pipe breakage. So, he discussed with me what could be the problem, and for the first time in 10 years of sewer clean outs, he explained that my toilet could be clogged with hard mineral deposits and could be the culprit by not flushing contents with enough power to get through the twists and turns in my 100 year old lines. I am extremely grateful for the possibility of solving this problem, and the fact that this would mean fewer service calls and less business for him, but he still wanted to help me find a solution, speaks volumes for his integrity.
