Everyone I came in contact with was friendly. I had Dr Hainline and he is very patient, very understanding and explains throughly whats going on. I highly recommend this place. They are very busy but my wait times werent bad at all.

I help my mother and one of her friends , both almost 88 years old. I have to drive them around to doctor appointments and other places. I DO NOT have the time to wait for the Whitewater Eye Center to be running 1-2 hours late! Knowing they’re going to be late, I believe the patient should have the opportunity to have a choice of going in late or to reschedule.

This place was wonderful. They went out of their way to assist me with my 90 year old aunt who can be quite cantankerous. They took extra time to make sure they gathered all the information they could to make sure they were giving her the best treatment. The staff was extremely kind, patient and thorough. They answered multiple questions...usually answering them before I could ask them. They helped me with her insurance. Good place.
