I went to do annual check and get new glasses. Nice people but unprofessional service. First the right and left lens have different colors. Then I found out the glasses lean to one side of my face and they had trouble seeing it when I showed them. The glasses leg is loose in brand new condition. They might sell you the sample glasses without telling you it’s been worn by many people (my guess). Tired of going back for all kinds of problems and will never go back again. Walmart can do better than this.
I was just shopping for glasses and ended up not buying any but I love this place! The two ladies who helped use were very knowledgeable, friendly and down-to-earth. I definitely will keep this place in mind for the future!
Crissy and Wanda are who I've been talking to usually! They always are so helpful and I have been going to this eye Dr since I was 8 (I'm 29) and I just love the service and hospitality! My 4 children go here as well and we wouldn't change a thing.
