I had such a good experience here! I felt so much relief after just the first session. They definitely went above and beyond for me, making sure that I would get the best results possible, even if it meant extra time and work for them. I highly recommend!!

Wow. That’s all I can say. I’ve spent the majority of my life feeling like crap and I’m only 25. Struggling with constipation, fatigue, headaches, depression, anxiety and just overall feeling badly. Doctors would draw blood(among other testing) and charge me $200 each time to tell me it was all in my head. After 4 sessions I feel like a brand new person. My whole foot was congested when I first went to Wellness Rediscovery and now my feet are brand new as well as the rest of me! I go through depression periodically through the years and the last two months have been really really bad. After doing reflexology as well as just mentally trying to get out of it I mentally feel new as well. I definitely will do maintenance appointments monthly as well as continuing to exercise and eat right. I love the natural approach to figuring out what’s wrong with us. Dottie and Tina are the sweetest people that genuinely care for others. The amount of tips and resources they have shared with me has helped so much. If you are skeptical do not be it is so worth it!!
