I worked with Holly to get through some “red tape” to close a real estate transaction. Her septic inspection/diagram was prompt, professional, and super legible (if you don’t understand why this is a compliment… go look at Jasper County’s septic drawings from the ‘92 era 😅) Her exemplary service in the long run saved SEVERAL transactions that were all at risk not to close without this pertinent piece of info. ROCKSTAR (if the powers that be see this… treat her to lunch and give her a raise!)
I was having problems with backed up toilets and sinks. Did not know what was wrong. I had another company come out and they worked on it for days. Rensselaer septic was called they came out in a timely manner. Ron and Marty were there for one hour and had the problem fixed. I highly recommend this company they are marvelous. Thank you so much.
We had a clogged line and thought it was a backed up tank. The first guy sent couldn’t locate our tank, we called and Ron came out immediately and brought cameron. They worked hard helping us know where to find the documents of our septic, then locating and digging it up to find the lid. After that they identified the issue as a clogged pipe and sucked the clogs out and were honest that the tank didn’t need sucked out. The pricing was beyond fair and the customer service and integrity were top notch. I feel so blessed to have them locally! A huge thank you gentlemen!
