I really appreciate all the help with making sure I was happy with my frames. Both people who waited on me were excellent and very professional. I love my new hard candy tortoiseshell frames!
My son got his glasses there 3 months ago and sat on them. I tried to fix them myself to no avail. Took them back to Walmart and the lady took them in the back for 10 minutes and they were fixed at no charge like new. I was very impressed...
It was their first day reopening after the pandemic and their cleaning and CDC protocols were in place. The area was roped off and you check in from a desk at the entrance. Upon entering, your temperature is taken and a few quick questions were asked. They cleaned all chairs and equipment, including the registers' touchscreen and keypad. There were about 6 white coat workers and they all seemed to be EXTREMELY busy - with no customers present, ?. Great experience, thanks!
