Since we are now coming back to the practice. I would say the experience on the phone (I believe Destiny) was wonderful and the cleaning hygienist for my daughter was wonderful. My major concerns is that my daughter has major health issues, allergies and medications she is in on...in excess of 8+. Fill all that out, turn it in...and coming from a former Ortho office we always read the charts and made sure all that was discussed to be prepared She got in the chair and was asked all these questions of Allergies & Meds🤔. Shouldn't all of that be looked at prior simce it was turned in the day before? As it is we will not know how she will react to numbing for cavities as we have found out in the middle of other treatments in her illness...she became allergic and had Anaphylactic Shock. So my hopes is that it is reviewed prior and office staff is prepared incase of an allergic reaction when she comes back in for her fillings Thank you
