We signed our son now (10 yrs old) up for lessons in 2022. We had no expectations other than offering him a physical extracurricular activity. We never realized the impact Rising Star would have on his confidence. Watching the positive changes in our son has been amazing. Rising Star is our second family. Eveyone here (parents and instructors) are wonderful people.Rising Star also offers so much more than just classes! Master Messmer also offers hiking advendtures, camping excursions, movie nights, holiday parties, nurf nights, and birthday parties!

been going here with my son for almost 3 years. The instructions are wonderful , and are willing to work with my pita son. This is a school that focuses on self defense more than looking fancy, which is most important to me.

The collective of instructors is simply amazing. You can't get better quality teaching. The history of taekwondo, teaching from Grand Master Grove all the way down to The Family Of Messmers all instructed throughout the years by Grand Master Grove. Class sizes are great for all ages.
