my front door was jammed, Bill came out in a timely response - diagnosed the problem and resolved it, the door is not your standard door, it has a 3 pt locking mechanism, I was very impressed by Bill's ability to resolve the issue. Bill was friendly, he talked me through the issue, BEST of all, the billing was very fair - Great Job & Thank You
horrible customer service and horrible service, called at 9:33am to have a key cut and was told I'd hear back within the hour. fast forward to roughly 11-12pm and I had to call again to get some type of update. locksmith shows up to cut the key, finds out the ignition is sticky and that the key cylinder is accepting the blank key. I tell him "if it's a sticky ignition then I'd rather replace that and get a key with it" he is now insisting he had "cut" a blank key and that it'll be $125 when I could've ordered 10+ in bulk for $10. avoid at ALL costs, horrible business practices and customer service!
