Don’t go here. Villanueva had me as a first time patient today. Did his adjustments and whatever else he had to do. I was told that I would be getting X-rays downstairs at North Shore since that’s where they are now located. I was assured it would be in and out in no time. After my appointment I go downstairs and I’m told Villanueva hasn’t sent the order down yet. Weird, because there was only one other patient waiting after my adjustment, so why the delay? I wait 20 minutes and nobody can get ahold of Villanueva, for what reason I don’t know. This is all in the same building, it can’t be that hard. Dr. Mike and the staff are ALWAYS so accommodating to my busy schedule. They have great time management with scheduling and they are always on time.
