I have went threw ionpc twice and both times I have been very satisfied with my service. Very friendly and inexpensive. My laptop did take some time with my last experience but it was Christmas time and with him having to order parts with the mail service being backed up that should be expected.
Jonathan has been a great help to my family and me. Whenever we have a problem with our computers we take them to Jonathan, and he has shown himself to be very capable. He is eager to help and very pleasant to deal with. His prices are great, too. We wouldn't consider going elsewhere.
We have thousands of units deployed throughout the US and work with a lot of different field techs for onsite support. Johnathan at IONPC is by far one of the best we've ever worked with. I would highly recommend them. Jarret Calmenson, COO, Loyalty Kiosk LLC.
