“The Mop Squad ladies came out Monday, they were fantastic!!! I was here while they were cleaning. There were 4 or 5 of them tackling everything. I think one of the cleaners was in charge. If she didn’t like the way it was done, she made them redo it or they traded areas. They were very professional and thorough. We will be using them for future cleanings.“

Enough so that I tried switching to another company. The management at the other company was much, much better to deal with, but the cleaning took 3xs as long and wasn't nearly as good.I wish this company was easier to set scheduling (they don't let you know when they're coming until the day before), there is no electronic way to pay/no receipts, and just overall communication if any changes are needed is very poor.“
