I love this place! My son wasn’t feeling good and gave the staff here the fits. Screaming, crying and rambunctious. All staff were so caring and did everything to pacify him. They are fantastic and very caring.

Went in for urgent care and the receptionist ignored me and Tom info from about 4 people who came in after I did and I checked in to see if I was skipped over. I was assured I wasn’t, but they proceeded to call all of the people back who came in after me. I left after sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours.

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at an urgent care. Went in because I was pretty sure I had strep throat. My tonsils were swollen and red and had white patches, I had a fever all night, body aches/chills, etc. Told the NP that I was pretty sure it was strep and she INSTANTLY got an attitude. Asked for my symptoms so I told her and she tried to tell me they were the same symptoms of COVID (tonsil issues aren't a symptom of COVID) I ended up going to the ER for a second opinion and lo and behold it was tonsillitis not COVID.
