I have only been working with The Union for about a month and I am already noticing changes in my overall wellness. The Retreat they host each year is a gift you will be glad you gave yourself. It is a powerful time of reflection and community with empowered women. You will leave restored in mind, body & soul. I’ll see you there next year! ???☀️
The wellness retreat that The Union hosts is amazing! You couldn’t ask for a better way to unplug and rest! The weekend was full of .. yoga, yummy (and healthy!) food, activities, learning.. Sandy and Lesley took care of everything. I would definitely go again!
This was my second retreat . It’s an incredible experience. Loved sharing it with my daughter before she graduates college. Complete cleansing of the mind, body, spirit. Will return again next year. I felt recharged in a way that not even a vacation can accomplish.
