This clinic recieved "zero " stars . My family and I have been using this clinic for over 40 years . I am so sad and disappointed that all of the love and care that Dr . Hall & Dr . Lindsay have given over the years has been destroyed by who now runs this clinic . The office manager is beyond rude. We drive all the way in from Chicago because of our love for the pioneers that started this clinic years ago . We will no longer be bringing our dogs to this clinic . Ten minutes past our scheduled time was unacceptable to them even though we called to say we would be ten minutes late . Keep in mind it is a two hour drive we were making for an " ear recheck ". I wonder if the Veterinarians know that the OFFICE MANAGER asked us to not come back . I suspect that this clinic will be out of business in the near future . It's amazing to me how many things have changed when the business changed hands . They had put their love for pets first, in the past , before anything else . The small town value no longer exists there. It's a crying shame !
This is my second and final poor service from PVC. The first episode was concluded by an unplanned and unnecessary trip to Purdue Veterinary School. This trip has been a series of communications failures. I have been waiting for the results of a feline blood test for weeks now. I sort of received an answer that steroids may be indicated after several phone calls. Still do not have a course of action but the office Manager has asked me to find another VDM. I guess the blood test and medication were not time-sensitive. There has to be a better Veterinary Clinic in Plymouth. Would not recommend this Clinic.
I have used PVC for many years, for multiple pets. Their sign and advertising states Cat Friendly, and I have found that to be true. I've had several cats with teeth problems, and they've done a great job taking care of all them. The dogs have been treated just as well. I highly recommend them. Natalie Hogan
