I've had to deal with their "customer service" a couple times now. Very rude woman in office, not helpful, and condescending, basically blames the customer for whatever issue you have and nothing is resolved. I normally wouldn't waste my time to write a review, but she was just that rude.
I hope their linemen are paid well. I called to report a tree down right up the road from me that knocked power out at 230 a.m. Within 10 minutes, here comes a scout locating the downed line. Within 30 minutes, chainsaws are going, and a bucket truck is putting the lines back together. In just over an hour, power is back on. I'm in a rural area, so that's very impressive to me. To any of the boys working the midnight shift on 8/7/23, you guys rock!
Just posting this review because my power has been out for 8 hours now after a storm, I haven't been able to report it or see the outage map because their website sucks. I wish they'd send some kind of details on when the power will be restored.
