I needed my track pad fixed due to it being completely cracked. I contacted J&J Solutions from a recommendation, and he got back with me very fast. Made sure I knew all the information needed and had the part ordered for me the same day I contacted! Today, I actually met to get my laptop fixed and it was finished within an hour. Very flexible with time and very helpful! Affordable and quick! Thanks so much!

Extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Gerry. Our computers were running slow and getting disconnected from the internet. Contacted J&J Solutions and he was able to remote into all 5 computers and clean things up that evening. Computers never ran so good.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went above and beyond for me. I wanted to possibly retrieve any photos that may have been on an old Compaq tower that had been in a closet for years. They were able to get in, even though I couldn't remember the password, let me view what was on the hard drive, and then since there wasn't anything worth saving, wiped it clean. He then offered to dispose of it for me. And then, graciously, said there would be no charge since I didn't retrieve anything!! I highly recommend J&J Solutions! I will definitely come back for all my computer needs!
