After an aggravating experience with JC Penney styling salon, I came in to Ulta fully expecting to not be able to get in for a haircut. Donna O., the stylist on duty, cheerfully greeted me and took me immediately. She did a fantastic job and was really helpful answering my questions about the "tinsel hair" extensions that I had put in. The only reason I haven't given five stars is that the store is really hard to get around. I get it--it's less than 5 days before Christmas, but it was hard to find where the line was to pay for my cut. I was constantly having to climb over the Clinique demonstrators to get to where I needed to go. Other than that, great job!

Could not find the brand name I was looking for nor one similar to my needed. I did purchase what was there and got good help trying to decide what I would buy instead. A lot of brand names for beauty purposes

Would definitely go back, while I wish the floor staff would have asked more questions of me. New to beauty products and was a little intimidated by it. Wasn’t sure what I was looking for so just ended up buying some hair conditioner and body wash. ??‍♀️?️‍⚧️
