“As far as I know, this is a good place to kennel your pet. The only question that I have is that the last two times that I have picked up my dog (first thing in the a.m.) he ran to get outside to pee (and pee and pee) & poop? May not be anything that the staff is doing, or not doing - could just be the dog's uneasiness to being kenneled? I plan on continuing to use their services.“

“The Hound Lounge and staff did a wonderful job with my long coat Akita. She was way overdue and her coat was a mess. After her baths and groom she was so tired but absolutely happy, relaxed, looking and smelling awesome. Very highly recommend.“

Most places send your pet home if they even hear a growl so I am blessed to have found this place and the groomers who do all they can to make sure the pets needs are met first and correctly groomed to the best of their ability or as much as a dog or cat will allow especially ones with out or who can’t take meds to help ease their anxiety like as my two babies cat and dog have , one is due to age and I rescued my other from a abusive home. She’s so happy to get there now every time! It’s hard work and I know first hand from watching and they also love to kindly educate pet owners help them understand certain things myself never even knew or would think of! For dogs who get matted they have brushes I got and now at home my dog has gotten to have kinda like practice so he’s not afraid of the brush anymore or try’s to bite along with were able to keep him with more fluff since we only take him on every 10 weeks and now he’s much better in shape before going in to get his groom . They don’t shave then off because it’s fun they sometimes have no choice and I’m glad I was taught everything I know now because Matt’s get to the skin it’s painful!
