Went in it was empty service was completely rushed not many color options and when i got home i realized my pinky toes were not painted at all and i have a cut on two of my toes i will not be returning i only went bc i was in the area i do not recommend!!!!

Fastest pedicure I've ever had - start to finish 20 minutes tops, including the mud mask for an extra fee she didn't ask if I wanted. My feet barely touched the water before she pulled them out to start. Not relaxing at all. She didn't speak to me and just keep hitting & grabbing my legs to switch. I had a closed water bottle between my leg and the chair and one of the grabs was so fast the bottle dumped into the foot water before I could attempt to grab it. The coral pink polish I picked was instead an orange plus gloopy sticky old looking as it came out. I have black specks on a couple nails. I wish I had read these reviews before going here. But here is my honest review.

Pros - Clean and beautiful set up. Amazing location in metropolis/plainfield mall. Also, bonus that they are open on Sundays! Nice people (not over the top kind but decent business-esk niceness) which I can appreciate.

Cons - The main lady did my mani and pedi and was sooo rough in plucking my nail bed. Like I left with multiple cuts and bleeds on my hands and feet!! She was adamant about getting every hangnail until she was literally clipping my skin. She even convinced me to do my natural nails which I shouldn’t have listened to because even with gel, it’s peeling off...read full review
