Bring a snack! Of the half dozen or times I've been there average wait times are typical an hour or so. I would first like to comment on their admin and doctors. They are polite, helpful and professional. However; after calling medical services and customer service concerning questions on a pricy lens implant I was scheduled for, well I am still waiting for a return call. After getting a second opinion for the same procedure and lens I found their prices to be considerable higher. This is in one of the questions I was calling about.

My 70something mother is a patient here, my experience helping her with appointments is that it's a very busy place, and so sometimes appointments don't start precisely on time. But the flip side of that is that her doctors are knowledgeable and thorough and spend as much time as needed to address all her vision needs and concerns, which is wonderful. Better to know that your doctor will spend the time with you needed then to be rushed through like an assembly line of patients. I would recommend the doctors here, just with the caveat that you should bring a good book with you to read while you wait for your appointment.

This spot has some excellent surgeons and eye Drs and my Mom raves about their services. The staff was friendly and courteous which was helpful. I didn't find their waiting room to be big enough for everyone they scheduled (as have to have a driver with you too) so that got rather claustrophobic at times. The waiting also seemed a bit ludicrous as we had to just sit in the waiting for an hour for some strange reason, not sure why. It seems they have good services but perhaps need to work on their front of house management and timing to provide a truly great service for those waiting.
