I have been seeing Dr. Tod Thompson for years, and I wholeheartedly recommend him! His small practice has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Thompson is incredibly thorough and takes the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I understand my eye health completely. His patience with my questions truly sets him apart. The office staff is fantastic as well--always friendly, efficient, and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure a smooth experience, whether it's scheduling appointments or assisting with insurance questions. Overall, if you're looking for a knowledgeable and attentive eye doctor who genuinely cares about his patients, look no further than Dr. Thompson. I feel fortunate to have him as my optometrist!

I have astigmatism and wear contact lenses. I have been using toric lenses for a few years now. For the past two years I have struggled with local optometrists, including a prestigious Eye Center in the area. They just could not dial in the correct prescription for the lenses. It got so frustrating because I could not see properly. Out of desperation I started searching for someone who could help because I felt that there had to be a solution. I saw that Dr.Thompson had an Engineering degree as well. Being an engineer myself and knowing that optics is based on a lot of physics, I I decided on Dr.Thompson. I walked in for my appointment. Dr.Thompson was very clear about the problem. He explained the science behind why others had been struggling. He said he was going to experiment with various lens combinations. When I walked out that day with a trial pair of lenses that he had readily available, I was able to see again. It was like a miracle. After having suffered almost 2 years this was an euphoric experience. I went back for a second tweak and I can now see better than I have been able to see in years!! Dr.Thompson is brilliant! His assistant Sandy is also great in getting everything ready which saves so much time.

I haven't been to the optometrist in over 10 years. Decided to get checked out since I was having some issues with distance (blame that cursed computer screen). My hubby went here so told me this place was really great. The doctor is super friendly a d explains everything well. They take retinal photos which for the science nerd in me, was super cool to look at. In the end, I still have 20/20 vision (whoot whoot), and just need to stop staring at my computer all day (humph!).
