He was able to get us a quote quickly, and then replaced the whole system two days later. We would definitely use him again and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Doug was fantastic to work with. He worked hard to get us the best deal possible, was very responsive, and worked quickly to get us all set up with a new AC and furnace in just a few days. I'm struggling how to start this review because I'm so satisfied with my service, I dont even know where to begin. Our inside A/C unit went out, on the perfect 95 degree day. I had a "reputable" technican come out from another company, which long story short, he charged me $120 to just look at my system, then was trying to charge me $950 for more coolant and "stop leak" (not guaranteed to work), OR $3,450 to just replace a coil. I got a 2nd opinion from Doug Lee. He was super responsive, came out immediately for a free quote, and said he could get us a whole new unit for $3,300... he was honest, so friendly, and was quick to install. It took about 2 hours all together, and he made sure that I saw the old parts to see what I was spending my $$ on. Please, homeowners, skip the other places and go here first. Avoid the trouble and you won't be disappointed!!
