Phil, the owner, taught me my "pool school" back in 2005 when I became a new pool owner with no idea what I was doing. He was awesome then and 15 years later he still is! No one has ever touched my pool but Phil and his team. I trust him implicitly. He continues to deliver outstanding customer service at a fair price time after time even after all these years. There have even been times I have had a pool issue with pool guests arriving and Phil will jump on the phone, problem solve with me, and help me get things running smoothly again. He's a gem!
We bought our house in 1999 having never owned a pool. We went through multiple awful pool service companies until we found Phil at Blue Dolphin. He has serviced our pool for many years. We've replaced the pumps, the filters, the heater, repainted, and recaulked. They do good work at a fair price and have always been reliable (not common in this industry). He is highly knowledgeable and gives sound advice.
