I have never come across a company that takes such good care of their customers. Jacob the owner has been to my house a few times and always takes my calls or calls me back fairly quickly.

We had a 10 yr old unit Jacob was upfront with us and told us he could fix the existing issue for about 3500 but the unit is 10 yrs old so who knows what you will get out of it. Or we could get a new unit for a lot more we choose to fix it for 3500. A month and change later it actually does take a dump on us. Instead of taking advantage of the situation Jacob took very good care of us I won’t put the price but it was way lower than the previous quote for a new one. I felt like we were taking care of and that’s what counts.

It’s rare anymore that people have integrity especially when it comes to money. But rest assured with Bowmans you will be taken care of.
