“I contacted Baer through Facebook after waiting for 3 months for a different company who claimed they could do the job just blow me off. I gave them 1/2 down and they just left the material laying around. At least they had the majority of what was needed. But am so glad I messaged Baer! I needed the soffit and fascia replaced On the whole house. This was no small job by no means. The house was built in 1890 and was really falling into disrepair. Cody and Curtis came out and gave me what I thought was a fair estimate. They were a bit off and it cost a bit more because of materials needed but I was fine with that. But their quality of work, communication and professionalism was outstanding! The house looks GREAT! I have some more projects that I need to have done and will call them.“
