10/10 Give them a call

I have never come across a company that takes such good care of their customers. Jacob the owner has been to my house a few times and always takes my calls or calls me back fairly quickly.

We had a 10 yr old unit Jacob was upfront with us and told us he could fix the existing issue for about 3500 but the unit is 10 yrs old so who knows what you will get out of it. Or we could get a new unit for a lot more we choose to fix it for 3500. A month and change later it actually does take a dump on us. Service guy was super knowledgeable and friendly. Showed up on time and immediately identified the problem. He was even going to contact a different supplier in order to get a part covered by a warranty rather than an extra charge. He ended up fixing the problem in less than 20 minutes while remaining friendly to my talkative child. Would absolutely recommend!Services: A/C system maintenance

I give them a 5 star because they are so reasonable, honest and very educational. We had a different company for many years and we thought we were getting a deal until we referred them to our new neighbors and they TOTALLY over charged and even told them they needed a new central air unit! The one they have is less than a year old!!! So they called Bowman's and they fixed the problem and even found a different problem and fixed that as well and it was less than our annual contract fee! So we canceled our contract. It was the best decision we made. Bowman's is amazing!!!!!Service: A/C system maintenance
