“Tim & Zack came to our house to fix a gas leak at the pipes leading to the water heater. To our surprise, they took the whole contraption down to re-apply new paste on all the pipes leading to the water heater. The price was the service fee plus the one part that was damage. Their prices are fair and far from other places that charges $400 just to tighten up the pipes.We are grateful to Tim for coming a second time right away to double check that there was not a single particle of gas in the air due to some concerns we had "Not related to Tim and Zack's work" after a few hours. Munson Waterworks charges very reasonable while Fall Creek Plumbing extremely overcharges the plumbing services. Proof of the billings are attached.

My toilet was clogged. A plumber from Fall Creek Plumbing came. I was quoted over $ 600 to unclog the toilet as a basic service. I declined the quote even after 15% discount as a counteroffer. They also offered gold service with warranty, the quote was $ 1k. I still was charged $ 75 for diagnosis fee.

Next day, Munson Waterworks came and unclogged the toilet only for $ 225 including diagnosis fee with free follow up if the toilet clogs again.

This said, Munson Waterworks is 3x reasonable and cheaper than Fall Creek Plumbing. Furthermore, the plumbers from Munson Waterworks worked hard making sure the unexpected complicated issue was resolved during the heat dome.

In sum, I strongly recommend using a local business, Munson Waterworks. If you’re doubtful of this post, I suggest you get quotes from this company and any other companies first before proceeding with the plumbing services.
