“Need service?? Look no further!!Bennett and Campbell is the place you need to call.. we were without heat for a month and could not find anyone to help us. I made about 10-15 calls and many of them were charging outrageous fees and some flat out said that they didn’t do warranty work…our heat exchanger on our furnace was cracked.I got online and searched again here close to home and saw the nice reviews on the website so I called told them about our dilemma…they were out the next day!! This all transpired in between Christmas and New Years so they were busy!They told me the heat exchanger yes was indeed cracked and needed replaced and so they had to order it. This was one day before New Years Eve..said it might be several days because of the holidays and such. I got a call Jan. 2 just 4 days later they wanted to come that morning. So Brice came and did the work.I can’t say enough about this company from my first initial discussion with Annette, to the tech installer Brice who was so helpful and such a personable, professional and all around caring guy!
