“Randy came out, assessed the problems and gave me a fair estimate. He was on time, friendly and very open with the plumbing problems I was having. He gave me several choices to solve the issues and explained them so I could understand. Randy was quick, hard working and stuck to his original cost. He fixed my toilet seal, added shut off valves and replaced an outside spicket. When I had a leak from a crack in the toilet and he came back out. The crack wasn't his fault but since he guaranteed his work he gave me a new tank and did an hours worth of work at no charge. Will reccomend to all my friends and family!“

He came when he said he would, took the amount of time he said he would (two replaced in less than an hour) , all is repaired nicely, very polite and personable. Calling him this week for another job.Update: if you need a plumber, John is your guy! We had him come this week for a leak we were having in our laundry room. Took great care of us and was very conscientious to make sure it was fixed for good.“

“My 40 gal Hot Water heater was leaking water from the top. I called Chris one day and he came out the very next day & installed a new Hot Water Heater. He was very professional, informative and takes great pride in his work, clean-up and customer service. The first plumber I had out told me I would have to have someone come out check out my vent pipe as it was not drawing air up & out properly. Chris was able to quickly diagnose & replace a small section of vent pipe at the proper elevation which solved the problem. I probably saved hundreds by not having a Chimney person out. I was shocked that the prices have gone so much in the last 12 yrs. like everything else. I really appreciated the Senior Discount!! Call him you won't be sorry! Highly Recommend“
