Ordered Flowers using the online order form and nowhere on there does it allow you to put a note for the recipient. That should have been my first red flag but I emailed them separately and asked to put this note on the flowers for my nieces birthday. I don’t get a reply which should have been red flag two but had a super busy day and forgot to check. The flowers (that cost $95.00) were ordered Friday afternoon with a request for Saturday delivery. They never delivered them and did not reach out to me or my niece. I live in London which complicates things more. Regardless I received a payment confirmation so there is zero excuse to not deliver them on Saturday.... read full review

Arrangements beautiful! Deliver same day! Price is at least half of what you would pay at any other florist. Customer service A+!

Great service. Not the most extensive selection but it’s decent enough. Convenient on campus location and delivery. Recipient loved her flowers so I’d definitely recommend and buy from them again!
