I have a large 8/12 roof, they came tore the old off and replaced with new felt and shingles along with patching the old vent holes and adding a ridge vent. All done in just over a day and everything cleaned up.

Brandon and his crew did an excellent job redecking and re-shingling our roof. They completed their work in a professional manner, finding and repairing several issues with rafters and venting that are noticeable improvements. When I asked for our shed to be re-roofed a day before they showed up, they reacted quickly and did a great job. And when their work was complete, they did a great job cleaning up around the house and in the yard. Really appreciate the great work!Services: Roof repair

Wonderful experience with 1st Choice Construction. My new Malarkey shingles look great. Removed old shingles and replaced all roof decking and replaced new shingles in 1 day. That includes redesigning and installing a new front pouch roof. Also new gutters on the front porch and rear porch. Thanks Brandon and your crews. This was my 2nd time to use 1st Choice.
