“I am SO GLAD that I stumbled upon this business on Yelp not long ago. I immediately went and checked it out after reading a wonderful review about this studio. I tried a community yoga class (for $5) that was taught by a student in training which was wonderful. It was very relaxing mixed with a laid back workout. They played good music too throughout the class! The studio itself is adorable and I can't say enough great things about the staff and other people that were here. Everyone was so welcoming and almost everyone was calling me by my first name by the end of the night. They really make you feel like you're family, even if it's your first time there. I can't wait to try more yoga classes and possibly one of their other classes too!“

They took the time to speak with our introductory group and answer any questions.I've done pilates and yoga on and off for 23 years, but this was my first time teying this kind of pilates.It was low impact (perfect for my age), and this is the first time in years that I feel excited about practicing again on a regular basis.It was challenging and effective without the stress of trying to keep up or getting injured.
