I had such an amazing experience today! Heather and Lindsey were both so sweet, helpful, and full of great knowledge. I’ve been using Estée Lauder and Clinique for years, and they really know their stuff. Super bubbly, fun to talk to, and never pushy, just genuinely wonderful to work with! I shop at many Ulta locations, but this will be my new go to store!!! Thank you ladies!!!
This five star review is based upon the Benefit Brow Bar and the excellent services offered by Kate V. She tints, waxes and laminates my brows. You won’t find anyone in the area better than her.
I typically have really good luck at this store, in terms of friendliness, but today I came in for my mom’s birthday and got some things. Walked in, was not greeted, and proceeded to get Laila at the register. She didn’t ask how we were, she didn’t ask if we found everything okay, and proceeded to be very quiet and blunt with her responses. If you’re going to be behind a counter, interacting with customers, you should ALWAYS put your best foot forward and ensure friendliness because people DO notice. Really wasn’t happy with this service.
