They sent me the wrong part and won't take it back

I found Swift Appliance Repair after looking on the internet. I wanted a repair service that was close by. So I called Swift being in Noblesville I figured I would get service soon. I called and found that the phone number was not taking call? After several hours of trying and still not able to reach them. Decided to got to there location and see why the did not answer there phone. They are just down the street for my house. They were closed. My call started on Thursday so I then left an email per the instruction on there web sit. Today is saturday and as of today no reply. It's one thing to have a nice web page but you also have to preform. I would not use this... read full review
