Nathan was very pleasant and professional. He explained a minor issue with my furnace without any pressure of an expensive repair. Working with Summers has been a very good experience.
Summers Heating & Cooling sent over a service tech within a few hours after calling. Other companies were scheduling us several days out. Cesar Mata was very professional. and answered all of our questions with patience. He placed his shoe covers every time he walked into the house. Most important, he fixed my AC!
We called late afternoon/early evening with an AC issue on one of the hottest days on a Sunday (after hours) this summer. Jace was dispatched and had been working ALL day. We were texted and called when he was on his way, so we were very pleased with the communication. We were told up front what the base cost would be.
