I was referred to Schuler by my boss who has given them at least 20 referrals by his customers. All the referrals were very satisfied.Schuler was responsive first to replace a garbage disposal and again when dealing with a Delta Faucet that should have been under warranty. Schuler supported us by speaking with Delta and providing an email to support our position.I called a third time with an emergency humidifier leak. They responded in 45 minutes to identify the problem and help get a solution with a Honeywell humidifier still under warranty.They are knowledgeable, responsive and reasonably priced.
