“Had Phong do a piece to cover the scar on my ankle from a surgery a couple years ago. Also had him tattoo a #3 since both my boys have been #3 since 8U baseball through graduating. I honestly couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. The lines are so clean - I’m so in love!!
And the atmosphere was so laid back, relaxed, and fun. It was just a great experience overall!!“
“Jay and Alex are amazing. Pleasure to work with and do amazing tattoos. I will be telling anyone that will listen about how great this company is!“
“I’ve gotten my nostril, helix, and second set of lobes pierced here. I had a fairly pleasant experience in the shop with all of these. However, I wasn’t told to downsize my helix jewelry despite it being a critical step of the healing process. It’s been a year and my helix gets a bit irritated every now and then— which is not abnormal— but I do wonder if that would still be the case if I had downsized. I advise that when going here, you do your research on the piercings you want before getting them, including placement and aftercare. I mention placement because the placements of my nostril and lobe piercings are a bit awkward; I actually got my lobes re-pierced a few months later because they were too close to my original lobes. That was on me for not correcting the placement when I was shown where they would be, but nonetheless, I thought I’d mention it to emphasize that being informed about your piercings is important! My nostril was pierced a little too low and far back and I was told by the piercer that this was the proper placement for the hoop I wanted to wear in it after it healed. When I asked a piercer at another shop about this though, he told me this is only the protocol for those with noses that are larger than mine (I have a small nose). The placement isn’t too dreadful, but I envy those who have their nostril pierced in the traditional way: slightly higher up and more towards the center of the nostril (longitudinally). I was 15 when I got all of these done (that’s probably why I had so many issues with them) so I especially advise young people to know what you’re getting into before getting pierced.“
“Brooke did an excellent job piercing my 9 year old's ear lobes. She took her time with placement, getting parental input as well as final approval by the kid. She explained the piercing process thoughtfully and clearly without overwhelming us or leaving us with unanswered questions. No infections 4 months in and they look perfect!
Cleanliness: Super clean shop.“
“I'm not one to leave reviews really but I think this place deserves all the kudos! I think their reviews speak for themselves and are reflective of my experience as well! I've had a few tattoos here, as well as a piercing and every experience was the same. The welcoming environment, top notch cleanliness and knowledge of every staff member was consistent. I brag to everyone I know interested in getting a tat because I am confident they'd have the best experience like I did. Although my artist no longer works here I'd be happy to work with any of their artists in the future, and will continue to recommend them to everyone. It seems this place holds a much higher standard than anywhere else and takes their hiring seriously as well. 100% look forward to going here every time and am actually sad when my session is over!“
