As always, they turned out exceedingly well.#2 (the laundry room) is perfect for me. It looks larger, the floor is beautiful,& I can finally see where everything is. After it was completed I discovered some (gasp) rotted wood on an exposed threshold. I immediately notified Tim & he came & fixed it. Of course it wasn't easy, the house being about 130 years old but one always expects being thrown a curve in something that age. Tim came up with alternate plans and now all is well. Plus he's really nice.
