the staff here is kind and very understanding. the cat i brought in is a 16 year old lady & they are always so gentle with her. my only issue would be with dr. mark park. i had him twice and both times i left frustrated with how my animal was treated. the first time i brought in to him he brought up putting her down before even testing her ear to try another antibiotic. he brought up a heart murmur that can be temporary caused by stress & made it seem like a bigger issue.the mass in her ear was caused by infection and he was so quick to bring up cancer. the second time i came in he started the appointment by saying “just a reminder she is 16” & tried to... read full review
This was my first time visiting and I’ll definitely be returning! I didn’t have to wait when I arrived, all the staff were kind and friendly, the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly as well and special shout out to Ally D.!!
Every time I take my cat or dog here it’s always a good experience. The Vets and technicians are amazing and very positive. They always take time to explain things and address any concerns I have with either of my pets. I’ve been going to this vet for 4 years so far. Highly recommend!
