We were in town, and my son broke his glasses. They couldn’t be fixed and he had an eye appointment scheduled back home in the next week. Because he didn’t want us walking out with a broken pair of glasses, they found frames that matched his lenses and gave it to us for free. First class operation. Thank you so much!
Hands down the best experience I have ever had buying a new pair of glasses. Mark has a tremendous sense of humor, and he makes the entire process as fun as it can possibly be. He is also passionate about making sure his customers get a great pair of glasses. In fact, Mark even let me “borrow” quite a few pairs to get the opinions of my co-workers. You just do not see that level of customer service anymore.
I had the best experience I have ever had getting glasses. The pricing is clear, and upfront. The Staff is friendly and honest. The shop is welcoming and spectacular. I cannot wait to order from there again. Love my new sunglasses and they have already been to France and Spain!
