Absolutely happy with my experience. My computer suddenly crashed and would not turn back on. Nick was able to diagnose the issue as well as explain what caused it. He was very quick and efficient, starting and finishing the work in one day! His cord management is much much better than mine ? He was clear on the price, indicating the part cost vs work cost. when I first called about the issue I thought it was cute that he referred to his fiancée as ‘my wonderful fiancée’ when giving me drop off instructions. Amazing service, I had a broken screen on my Macbook with no idea what caused it, but within less than 24 hours Nick diagnosed the problem and completely repaired it. Now it's running with absolutely no issues at all. I definitely would recommend using his services.
