Stopped in on a busy Saturday for an emergency repair on my favorite reading glasses. Very pleasant associate named Jay stepped up, assessed the situation, fixed them good as new and BOOM - I was out the door in under five minutes and able to get on with my day. Really appreciate the quick and friendly service!!
The LensCrafters team is outstanding! Dr. Owens was excellent and provided great detail during the visit and options.Jaylynne provided great customer service, and corrected an adjustment on an existing pair of glasses, that never seemed to fit correctly. Great team and service!
Had an emergency visit to this site due to a fall. They got me in same day for eye exam an ordered new glasses and lenses same visit. Everyone was so professional and pleasant to work with. I was in and out in within no time. Glasses should be ready for pick up within 7 days!
