Easy check in short wait. Everyone knowledgeable and friendly. I have used this location when I need urgent care three times since it opened for service. Always very well organized!
I had a good experience at my urgent care visit. Walked in with severe back pain. The staff got me back pretty quick, saw the nurse and doctor relatively fast and was treated for pain quickly. That was all great. However, I had additional questions AFTER my visit and it’s virtually impossible to get ahold of anyone. The number to call and speak with a representative tells me everytime that all representatives are busy and to call back later, then hangs up. No option to leave a message or call back number at all. That needs to be addressed asap. My imagery place to has questions for the provider and they can’t get ahold of them either. So I’m stuck in limbo until... read full review
I couldn’t resist not leaving a review. This staff is amazing, so kind, and insanely quick. I walked in late and they got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. I have to give a shout out to my nurse Thomas. He was so kind, very understanding, very patient, and was the first nurse or doctor I have ever had that took the time to explain what the different numbers meant like my blood pressure. Thomas made my experience so wonderful, easygoing, and comfortable and I am so grateful to have worked with him.
