Chad at Can U Dig It Nursery replied immediately to the message we sent through their website. He was at our house within 10 minutes after responding. He understood the minor issue with the waterfall, quickly looked for its cause, and then fixed it himself right then. Now the waterfall is back to working great. Chad is professional and very knowledgeable and most of all fair and honest. It has been wonderful working with him for the past 2 years!
