Did an excellent job of cleaning up and drying out a flooded basement! Jacob and his crew were efficient, polite, and knowledgeable about every step of the process. Would definitely recommend!
We utilized Bolden’s for a duct cleaning service. The team did a great job. Great communication with a confirmation call 24h ahead and a courtesy call 15 min ahead of arrival. The technicians were friendly and worked well together. They took care to wear foot coverings, placed corner protection to keep hoses from rubbing our walls and placed a temporary door covering while our door was open for the hoses. The cleaning was efficient and effective. It’s nice to have the ducts clean.
First time having our duct work cleaned and started with a phone conversation with Mark. He was very thorough in his explanations and I appreciated his honesty. On the day of service, from start to finish, Trayton and Andrew were so professional, respectful and answered all our questions with expertise. They worked great as a team and were just overall a wonderful example of outstanding customer service!
