Tom is probably the most responsive contractor I’ve worked with. He picked up my cold call on the first ring and made it a priority to fit me in his schedule, even around my own schedule restrictions. He and his crew did quality work on an unusual issue. I’ll be keeping his business card handy.
Tom responded immediately when I contacted him because I shingle had blown off of my roof. The next day he repaired my roof and also fixed a gutter that had pulled lose from the house. I will definitely turn to Tom again if I have more problems with my roof.
