These people are supurb!! They understand the meaning of customer service!! We will only use 7R Appliance for work on our appliances in the future! They are reliable, punctual, friendly and professional. They want their customers to be totally satisfied with their work.
They arrived on time and tested my dishwasher problems multiple times and determined there likely was no issue and asked me to keep testing it and that they would be in my area in a few days if the problem persisted.
I was very impressed with their honesty and not trying to fix something that may not be an issue at all and offering me an alternative… thank you!
