Amazing guys working here. As a college student, I was desperate to find a roommate after an old roommate moved out. A friend of a friend offered to move in, and little did I know, he brought bed bugs with him. He moved out after a month of staying with me, when he stated he had spent all of his rent money on other things. Kicked him out, but had to get the room taken care of. Alpha was awesome to me. Cordial, kind, professional, non judgemental, and not out to take all of my money. Fair prices, and even came back weeks after treatment to make sure the problem was gone.
